- Designed and implemented a dual-level Workload Analysis (WLA) Machine Learning Engine for a major pharmaceutical manufacturer, using PyTorch (MLPs), XGBoost, CatBoost, and SHAP to predict position-level FTEs and employee-level workload factors, reducing reporting latency by automating PDF report generation via custom LaTeX pipelines.
- Conducted multi-level organizational capability modeling and RASCI matrix alignment (Version 17) for a municipal rapid transit operator to structure and map division-level responsibilities across all operational tiers.
- Developed a training effectiveness analytics pipeline for a leading confectionery brand, utilizing automated Python scripts to clean data, map divisions, and analyze employee learning gains and KPI competency growth.
- Co-developed the AOBA Workforce Intelligence Platform, architecting Next.js frontends and Django Rest Framework backends with built-in PII encryption (AES-256) for UU PDP compliance and XGBoost models for predictive attrition.
- Led the end-to-end development of templatehrd.com and the Better & Co. Management System (Antigravity CMS), a custom React, Vite, and Supabase headless CMS featuring dynamic page layouts and real-time syncing.
